Prof. Walton ist Associate Dean for Research and Innovation am College of Engineering und Professor und Robert „Bud“ Moeller Faculty Fellow der School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Georgia Tech. Prof. Walton ist zudem Direktor und Lead PI des Georgia Tech`s DOE Energy Frontier Research Center, UNCAGE-ME.
